The Contract Manager (CM) is charged with the daily administrative management of the contract. Primary duties are to plan activities, manage risk, monitor and enforce performance of contract terms and conditions, and exercise delegated authority. The CM interacts directly or indirectly with the Program Office, Purchasing, General Counsel, Comptroller’s Office, and the Budget Office. The CM will directly report to the Seaport-e PM. |

As the PMO Task Lead Manager (TLM) is given complete authority to speak for and make any and all necessary decisions with regard to TO execution. Our TLM is responsible for TO performance, quality and cost control. In addition, it is the TLM’s responsibility to ensure that task teams are constantly investigating cost savings and innovation options throughout the life of a TO. Our TLM will provide TO leadership and vision is direct alignment with Seaport-e TOs and the underlying intent of the Program. |
| Quality Metrics | Roanne Abe | The CDS quality metrics function operates in an oversight and consulting role to the PM. Autonomous in its daily operation, our metric collection and reporting is presented in scorecard form to the senior staff. At least once a month our metrics lead will review our performance with the senior staff and recommend quality improvements. |
