Description of quality assurance program

The purpose of the CDS Seaport-e Risk Management Plan (RMP) is to document the CDS Program Management Office’s (PMO) plan to assess, handle, control, monitor, and mitigate risks within the
contract. The RMP will be used as a guidance document establishing risk management within the contract as well as the implementation of a risk control strategy.

Monitor and Maximize Quality

CDS embraces a corporate quality structure that is applied to all CDS program and task activities.  The CDS approach embraces two quality tools: Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) and Risk Management Plan (RMP).  A proactive management approach is used for all problem resolution to quickly manage and handle potential issues before escalation.  The goal of our team is to provide quick response and accountability. Note: CDS subcontractor FulcrumIT is ISO 9001 certified.

Quality Assurance Plan (QAP)

CDS has grown by providing its customers with quality work. A quality management system and Quality Management Plan provides the task team with the ability to monitor and control processes, provide continuous improvement, to reduce variation from task specifications, and to verify conformity of deliverables. SOW H.12 A formal QAP, as required in the SOW, will be delivered to the Government ninety days prior to a Task Order’s initial period of performance. CDS methodology includes QAP templates and techniques, which are the baseline for preparing the QAP. The QAP will be developed utilizing principles for performing quality assurance conforming to our twenty years experience.
