CDS Support Services

While hardware usually comes with warranty support at no charge, in most cases warranty support does not provide the necessary level of support, and a separate support contract must be purchased for the hardware. However, numerous such contracts can become an administrative nightmare, which is why CDS offers services to help clients track and consolidate support contracts from a variety of manufacturers including Sun Microsystems, F5, Citrix, Cisco, and Foundry to name a few.
