CDS Support Services
While hardware and software comes with some
level of support at no charge, in most cases it is not sufficient
for customers providing an enterprise service level of support.
Additionally, with hardware each major component of the “system”
requires its own support contract. This often means that a
customer can have hundreds of such contracts and the associated
staff costs to manage them successfully. CDS offers its customers
excellent pricing on services contracts and the management
of those contracts on behalf of the customer. CDS can consolidate
and track support contracts for systems over their complete
life-cycle making sure that our customers pay for what they
need and cancel services in a timely manner when systems are
